Nh Koeln Altstadt Hotel, Cologne

I had a great stay at this hotel! The rooms were ready upon arrival, which definitely saved me time. They were comfortable and quiet, with amazing beds and pillows. The spaciousness of the room was a plus, making my stay very relaxing. The service was exceptional, with very friendly and accommodating staff who were welcoming, especially towards non-Europeans like myself. The location was ideal, being well placed for visiting all the key areas in Cologne, near the chocolate museum and the main road, making it convenient for exploring. The dining experience was pleasant, offering good options close to the chocolate museum. Overall, a wonderful stay with excellent value for money.
